Michael Catalano and Ryan Krueger — Portfolio Managers
Mike (in 1985) and Ryan (in 1996) started their careers at Citigroup, where they began to co-manage a portfolio at the end of 2001, before eventually striking out on their own. With more than 2 decades on Wall Street and 10 years as partners, Mike and Ryan together have built a track record of performance and personal service that few peers can match. Their simple and stated goal is to make more money with partners than from them, by investing their personal capital exactly as they recommend others do and by managing portfolios using in-house research.

Hinds Howard — Portfolio Manager
Hinds started his professional career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, where he maintained an exclusive focus on master limited partnerships (MLPs), helping to execute 25 lead-managed capital markets transactions (including 8 initial public offerings).
Hinds left the investment banking division with 3 other investment bankers to help start Lehman Brothers MLP Partners, which was an investment fund that managed more than $1.0 billion in MLP investments. Hinds developed lasting personal relationships in the sector through his work on $500+ million of equity private placements into MLPs. Hinds served as the primary research analyst for the firm, before leaving in mid-2007. His unique, specialized experience has given him a deep understanding of an un-crowded, under-followed asset class.
Hinds graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University, and has an MBA from Babson College. He lives in Waltham, MA with his wife, daughter and 2 sons.
